We send estimates of the product that is required until we satisfy our client. This process can take no more than two weeks depending of the level of difficulty on finding the product (sometimes it can take a few days and other times it can take two weeks).
At this point we send a mechanic, to the clients cost, who examines to detail and closely the request of the product to their satisfaction. Depending of the availability of the product to be examined and of our mechanics, it can take from three to four days.
At that moment we send a technical summary of the product with photos/videos via e-mail in order to receive full approval in the buy of the product. This will be sent 24 hours after the product has been revised totally.
After the client is satisfied with our proposal and the summary of the mechanic, the client, depending the other required (equipement, etc) he/she will send us 10% – 15% of the final price of the product in order to assure the product. This percentage does not include the shipping fees. The deposit is sent to WWPTG; we require this percentage in a period of 48 hours, due to the fact that its understandable that its is require to hold the product so that no other buyer will obtain it. Therefore, we need this percentage as fast as possible from the buyer.
Then, we work the logistics of shipping and price of the product to stablish an agreement with the client in this part of the process. This process can take up to a week depending where the product is located, its destiny and the different tactics that we have to apply so that the product reaches its final destination in excellent conditions.
Optional: If our shippig options do not satisfy the needs of the client, then he/she can find his/her own medium of transportation, even though we recommend that the client uses our services considering that they are 100% successful and secure, like one of our actual clients would asure you (We have available references)
At this point, the client only sends a total balance of the product plus the fees for the shipping and 3% applicable fee to the total price of the total product. We expect that the client send us the total as soon as he can, so that we can finish the transaction immediately in order for us to begin the shipping of the product to its destiny.
From this point on, the shipping process varies according to the availability of embarkation, size of the product, its characteristics and location from where it departs to where it arrives. There is no general estimate, but at this point we can give you a real estimate for that product in a period of one week as we mentioned it before in point E.
After this point, we make sure that the product arrives successfully to its final destination in the estimated period of time.

Ours fees are completely competitive in the market or in the industry of the product required. We include the fees for shipping price of the product to the territory where the client needs it.
